Booking & Deposit Policy

1. Consultations and First Appointments

  • All new clients are required to book a consultation before any treatment. Consultations can be booked alone or combined with a treatment.
  • First appointments include:
    • An initial consultation with the registered nurse
    • A doctor’s consultation
    • Optional first treatment
  • Doctor’s consultations are charged at $25.
  • During consultations, your medical history will be reviewed to ensure treatments are suitable and safe.
2. Deposits
  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • If an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to reschedule.
  • If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Ongoing Clients
  • Clients with an existing treatment script may book treatments individually within 12 months of the original script.
  • If a new treatment plan is required, a new doctor’s consultation fee of $25 may apply.
4. Payment
  • Full payment for treatments is required at the time of the appointment.
  • Prices cannot be disclosed online or via message due to TGA regulations; a consultation is required for assessment and pricing.
5. Suitability and Safety
  • All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and regulatory guidelines.
  • Akarii Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
